CDL Driver

Responsibilities

• Operate snowplow trucks safely and responsibly during winter storms
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety rules and regulations
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues immediately
• Communicate with Route Manager or Dispatch about unsafe situations or service needs
• Participate in required safety meetings and training sessions
• Assist other drivers or routes as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid Class A or B CDL
• Pass a DOT drug screen and MVR review
• Clean driving record with no serious violations or multiple accidents in the past 5 years
• Willingness to travel to snow locations and stay for the duration of events
• Completion of an 8-hour in-person snow training session before the season starts

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior snowplow or winter maintenance experience
