CDL Class A Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver, and unload metal roofing panels to customers using a tractor-trailer
• Safely assist in unloading products using a Moffett at customer locations
• Deliver material in a route truck/multi-drop fashion in accordance with Federal regulations
• Maintain driver logs, fuel purchases, mileage records, and other required compliance documentation
• Perform thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Ensure compliance with DOT guidelines and company policies

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• 2 years of previous tractor-trailer driving experience, including winter driving
• Valid Medical Card
• Acceptable accident and moving violation Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods
• Specific vision abilities including close, distance, color, peripheral, and depth perception
