CDL Class A Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport and deliver building materials to customers, distribution centers, and construction job sites using a tractor-trailer
• Safely assist in unloading products using a Moffett
• Deliver material in a route truck/multi-drop fashion in accordance with Federal regulations
• Maintain driver logs, fuel purchases, and mileage records for compliance
• Perform thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and integrity of vehicle and equipment
• Perform cart repairs for the production floor on non-delivery days

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• High School diploma or GED
• Acceptable accident and moving violation Motor Vehicle Record
• 2 years of previous tractor-trailer flatbed driving experience, including winter driving
• Valid Medical Card
• Ability to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical
• Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods of time
