CDL Class A Driver

Responsibilities

• Transport, deliver, and unload metal roofing, components, and building systems using a tractor-trailer
• Safely assist in unloading products using a Moffett at customer locations
• Deliver materials in a route truck/multi-drop fashion in accordance with Federal regulations
• Maintain driver logs, fuel purchases, and mileage records for compliance
• Perform thorough pre and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness and integrity
• Perform general warehouse duties including loading and production tasks during non-delivery times

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License
• 2 years of previous tractor-trailer flatbed driving experience, including winter driving
• Valid Medical Card
• Acceptable accident and moving violation Motor Vehicle Record
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Ability to stoop, bend, and stand for long periods
