CDL-B Driver & Warehouse Assistant

Responsibilities

• Operate large box trucks with lift gates to deliver bulk, pre-palletized food products to community food pantries and organizations.
• Assist with the shipping and receiving of USDA donated commodities and other food items.
• Prepare shipments for delivery and verify that product quantities match shipping invoices.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet trucks.
• Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and inventory control documentation.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle safety inspections and monitor fluid levels to ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Complete scheduled deliveries in a timely manner to pre-established locations.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in driving or warehouse operations.
• Valid CDL B driver’s license with Air Brake endorsement.
• Current NHDOT Medical Card.
• Proven ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Strong clerical and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Successful completion of criminal background checks, driving record checks, and pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
