Responsibilities
- Participate in a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR
- Complete a driving skills evaluation
- Undergo minimum 10 days of over-the-road training with an experienced mentor
- Transition into a solo driving position upon successful completion of training
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school within the last 12 months
- Compliance with all DOT requirements
- Safe driving record
- Willingness to attend onboarding and over-the-road training
