CDL-A Trainee Driver

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR
• Complete a driving skills evaluation
• Undergo minimum 10 days of over-the-road training with an experienced driver mentor
• Transition into a solo driving position upon successful completion of training
• Operate assigned truck and earn cents per mile (CPM)

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent graduate from an accredited truck driving school (within the last 12 months)
• Must meet DOT requirements
• Safe driving record
• Willingness to attend onboarding and over-the-road training
