About the role
Responsibilities
- Mentor and train the next generation of OTR drivers
- Oversee student driving performance to ensure safety and compliance
- Manage truck operations during 11-day OTR runs
- Monitor student driving hours to maximize mileage and efficiency
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 3 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
- At least 21 years old
- Clean driving record preferred
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
