CDL-A Local Driver

Responsibilities

• Deliver fresh and frozen groceries using 48', 51', or 53' reefer trailers
• Operate within a 250-mile radius of Chester, NY, including NY Hudson Valley, Long Island, CT, and PA
• Manage multi-stop loads, typically averaging 15+ stops per week
• Handle two loads per day or one long load
• Pick up return products or backhauls at final stops
• Assist with unloading using a pallet jack when necessary

Requirements

• Minimum 3 months of Class A experience with a 53-foot trailer
• Clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
• Clean background check
• No SAP drivers
• Ability to pass a hair and urine drug test
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
