About the role
Responsibilities
- Complete a 7-day onboarding program in Tontitown, AR
- Participate in a minimum 10-day mentor training program on the road
- Transition to solo driving after successful completion of mentor program
- Operate assigned trucks and manage over-the-road assignments
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Recent graduation from truck driving school (within last 12 months)
- Ability to meet DOT requirements
- Good driving record
- Willingness to travel for onboarding and mentor training
- Must live within 90 miles of Orlando, FL
