CDL A Delivery Truck Driver

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a tractor-trailer to deliver various products including meats, produce, frozen foods, and dry goods
• Manually unload and deliver products to customer locations on an assigned route schedule
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with customers
• Manage records and documentation related to deliveries and driving tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse and delivery operations

Requirements

• 21+ years of age
• Valid Class A Commercial Driver License (CDL) with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift, push, or move products weighing between 40 and 100 pounds repeatedly
• Proficiency in English to communicate with the public, understand traffic signs, and complete reports
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of customer delivery experience
• 6 months of experience using a hand cart or hand truck
• 6 months of experience in the Food and Beverage industry
• 2 years of consistent work history
