CDE Governance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and deliver high-quality standard operating procedures and best practice processes for the CDE business unit.
• Develop, curate, and implement project plan templates and knowledge-based articles.
• Collaborate with project managers, product teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across the CDE user base.
• Act independently to identify opportunities for process improvement and documentation.
• Manage a knowledge base library for the business unit to support implementation delivery.
• Partner with Quality Assurance teams to analyze project review and testing metrics to address associated risks and issues.
• Identify and correct operational areas requiring regulatory or compliance attention.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of related professional experience.
• Two (2) years of project-related experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Systems or Business Management preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with the Connex platform is highly desirable.
• Deep expertise in financial credit and debit processes.
