CDD Analyst

Responsibilities

• Perform customer due diligence (CDD) reviews in support of Managed Services operations
• Analyze client and account information to identify and escalate potential risks, inconsistencies, or red flags
• Review documentation and verify information in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements
• Accurately document findings, decisions, and case progress in internal systems
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve exceptions and support timely case completion
• Maintain a high level of quality, productivity, and attention to detail in all assigned work

Requirements

• Experience in CDD, KYC, AML, onboarding, compliance, or a related financial services operations role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to review information and make sound decisions
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Proficiency with standard business systems and Microsoft Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional education in finance, business, or a related field
• Prior experience supporting a managed services, shared services, or operations environment
• Knowledge of AML, sanctions, fraud, or financial crime risk concepts
• Familiarity with case management tools, workflow systems, or due diligence platforms
• Professional certifications or coursework related to compliance, AML, or risk management
