CD Finance Business Partner - Modern Trade

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management of total Customer Development (CBD) spends through financial simulations and analysis.
• Provide decision support for high-value business priorities, including business cases for new investments and ROI analysis for customer contracts.
• Act as the primary finance partner for assigned Modern Trade channels and customers, ensuring budget alignment with contractual obligations.
• Support long-range planning, investment optimization, and growth plans for priority customers.
• Prepare financial presentations, forecasts, and monthly updates for Business Unit and Finance leads.
• Monitor operational accuracy of CBD spends versus forecasts and work with operations to drive spend discipline.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Finance role.
• Strong knowledge of Management Accounting, Reporting, and Budgeting.
• Proven experience in business partnering and commercial decision support.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and ROI analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and translate high-level guidance into structured analytical outputs.
