CCTV & Fire Control Operator

Responsibilities

• Manage medical emergency calls and incidents swiftly
• Handle fire alarm notifications and mobilise Fire and Rescue Services
• Notify and mobilise resources for aerodrome emergencies
• Coordinate with County Fire and Rescue Service and other agencies
• Perform regular CCTV camera checks and report faults
• Conduct thorough incident investigations using CCTV and access control software
• Undertake new training across SOC functions as required

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK with a 5-year checkable history
• Ability to pass high-level security clearance (BPSS and SC)
• Must be a British National who has lived in the UK for the last 5 years
• Flexibility to cover days, nights, and weekends
• 1-2 years experience in a Security Operational Centre role
• Advanced computer skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• CCTV licence (desirable)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
