CCC Specialist (Payment)

Responsibilities

• Manage payment gateway operations including processing refunds and daily operational tasks
• Handle ticket management and investigate issues related to payments or eTax with IT and business partners
• Troubleshoot payment issues and act as the first point of contact for IT partners
• Analyze and report anomalies in customer complaints related to fraud, chargebacks, and risk management
• Support the invoicing process in collaboration with the finance department
• Investigate payment discrepancies such as double payments or missing refunds
• Act as a payment super user to contribute to testing new developments and training stakeholders
• Oversee and evaluate the customer payment transaction experience to identify improvements
• Maintain Payment SOPs and ensure compliance with internal rules and external legal frameworks

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of payment and refund processes
• Experience in problem-solving and conflict handling
• Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of national regulations and legislation related to payment processes
• Understanding of payment methodologies, compliance, and industry standards
• Ability to analyze data and turn insights into actionable improvements
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
