About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver structured, evidence-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to clients within an IAPT setting
- Manage a clinical caseload including conducting thorough assessments and crafting personalised treatment plans
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure optimal client outcomes
- Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
- Travel across Hampshire to provide face-to-face therapy sessions
Requirements
- BABCP accreditation (essential)
- Experience delivering CBT in an IAPT setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a clinical caseload
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based therapy
- Willingness to travel for face-to-face sessions across Hampshire
