About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, structured psychological therapy using CBT models
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
- Deliver individual and group-based interventions
- Contribute to clinical supervision, service development, and outcome monitoring
- Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure integrated care
Requirements
- Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Full accreditation with the BABCP
- Experience delivering CBT in NHS or equivalent settings
- Strong clinical formulation and therapeutic skills
- Experience working with a range of mental health presentations
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
