CBT Therapist

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, structured psychological therapy using CBT models
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop collaborative treatment plans
• Deliver individual and group-based interventions
• Contribute to clinical supervision, service development, and outcome monitoring
• Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to ensure integrated care

Requirements

• Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
• Full accreditation with the BABCP
• Experience delivering CBT in NHS or equivalent settings
• Strong clinical formulation and therapeutic skills
• Experience working with a range of mental health presentations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
