CBIA Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the Consumer Business Insights & Analytics (CBIA) function for the India Sub-Continent, managing a team of five individuals
• Drive business performance by identifying consumer and customer-led opportunities through combined insight and analytics capabilities
• Determine research priorities and insight needs in collaboration with senior leadership and category heads
• Own the delivery of insight services, including innovation development, white space identification, and brand performance analysis
• Leverage traditional and digital analytics to identify future growth opportunities and landscape trends
• Act as a key strategic advisor to the Operating Unit President and Brand Leads to ensure human and market understanding drive decision-making
• Manage key agency relationships and foster senior-level strategic engagement
• Develop the talent pipeline within the CBIA function to ensure high performance

Requirements

• Significant proven experience in business insights and analytics within the consumer goods industry
• Extensive experience working in a commercial environment, specifically applying insights to drive growth
• Proven track record of partnering with commercial and functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Experience driving innovation development and evaluation based on consumer and shopper understanding
• Demonstrable experience leading and developing high-performing teams within a leadership capacity
• Ability to lead complex projects and operate effectively within a matrix organization
• Highly developed commercial acumen with experience in P&L and budget management

• Track record of transforming capabilities and embedding world-class practices within an insights function
• Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior-level engagement
• Strong ability to enable and drive organizational change with resilience and tenacity
