CBIA Effectiveness Manager - Europe

Responsibilities

• Drive effectiveness via Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) insights and value-added deliveries
• Collaborate with local and global stakeholders to answer key business questions through the core MMM programme and ad hoc pilots
• Deliver annual cross-market and brand meta-analyses, quarterly reports, and newsletter updates
• Partner with the Global MMM & Pricing Analytics Team to integrate findings into relevant markets and adjust investment plans
• Drive adoption of analytics solutions, leveraging traditional and digital analytics to support innovation, connections development, and white space identification
• Serve as a key advisor and business partner, providing data-driven insights to ensure consumer and shopper needs are at the heart of decisions
• Provide robust analytical support to commercial teams to infuse deep market understanding across the organization

Requirements

• Experience applying an analytical approach to business questions and providing actionable recommendations, specifically within MMM
• In-depth knowledge of analytical practices and methodologies within the FMCG or Consumer Healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience with syndicated data measures and attributes across diverse data landscapes
• Demonstrable experience in business intelligence and analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines with strong coordination and project management skills

• Track record of exploring and implementing new analytical methodologies, tools, and technologies to drive efficiency
• Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and fostering senior-level engagement
• Ability to enable and drive change with resilience and tenacity
