Responsibilities

• Visit client distribution centers (CEDIS) to ensure effective communication of category strategies and plans
• Utilize data analytics to transform market and client needs into actionable business unit opportunities
• Implement category strategies to drive growth in market share and distribution
• Manage and train the sales force to ensure correct execution of plans and priorities
• Oversee promotional staff to ensure execution excellence in mini-supermarkets
• Use Power BI to diagnose market share and identify category-specific opportunities
• Monitor marketing strategy execution at the point of sale and track product innovations
• Manage the execution of sales contests for the field sales force

Requirements

• Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables and Databases), Power BI, and PowerPoint
• Strong negotiation and team leadership skills
• Proven experience in achieving sales objectives, including brand execution and Sell Out
• Ability to perform sales data analysis regarding products and execution
• Valid standard car driving license
