C&B Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collect internal and external market data and report to salary survey providers
• Analyze benchmark reports comparing internal roles to external market data
• Support the maintenance of the Global Job architecture
• Assist various countries in building and maintaining pay structures
• Support the annual salary review process
• Conduct training sessions for specific groups as required

Requirements

• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong data analysis skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in English with the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders
• Ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member
• Experience with market data providers (e.g., Mercer) is a plus
