CATIA DMU Senior Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform Digital Mock-up (DMU) integration, design, and drawing activities using Airbus methodologies
• Support Airbus projects within DMU, Methods & Tools, and Configuration Management bundles
• Execute assigned activities and maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders
• Capture best practices and build knowledge repositories and training materials for new team members
• Drive innovation through idea generation and the creation of Proof of Concepts (PoC) for various platforms

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Airbus Process, Methods, and Tools
• Hands-on experience with CATIA V5/V6 and Enovia VPM
• Knowledge of PASS SSI, TreND, Context Builder, and Configuration Management processes
• B.E. or B.Tech in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Electrical Engineering
• Technical knowledge of aircraft structures, systems, cabin, and cargo layouts

Preferred Qualifications

• Functional experience with the 3DExperience platform
• Experience in design and quality checks of Airbus structural, systems, and cabin/interior components
• Prior experience in SA Lean PLM projects or Airbus functional tool testing environments
• Basic knowledge of Agile or SAFe methodologies
