Cath Lab Radiographer

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality imaging support during cardiac catheterisation procedures
• Operate specialised imaging equipment including fluoroscopy-guided procedures, angiography, and interventional radiology
• Ensure accurate image capture and maintain a safe, sterile environment in the catheterisation laboratory
• Prioritise patient safety and comfort while maintaining accurate patient records
• Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams
• Ensure compliance with NHS protocols and radiation safety standards

Requirements

• HCPC registration
• Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent
• Extensive experience in Cath Lab imaging and interventional radiology
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
