Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in the catheterisation laboratory
- Operate and maintain Philips imaging equipment
- Assist cardiologists during cardiac procedures
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures and monitor their condition
- Maintain accurate records of all imaging activities
Requirements
- Degree in Radiography or equivalent
- HCPC registration
- Experience in a catheterisation laboratory setting
- Proficiency with Philips imaging equipment
- Strong understanding of radiation safety principles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure
