Catering/Dining Room Assistant/Dishwasher

Responsibilities

• Assist with catering and dining room operations in a fast-paced kitchen and restaurant environment
• Perform dishwashing duties, including the operation of industrial dishwashing machines
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and compliance with all sanitation, safety, and health codes
• Support the Catering Manager and team members in various roles as needed to ensure service excellence
• Manage availability and time tracking accurately through the internal ABIMM system

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including late evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced, loud, and physically demanding environment
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work both indoors and outdoors
• Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and punctuality skills
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• 3 years of work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Previous experience working in a live music environment or a comparable hospitality role
