Catering Server

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly manner and ensure a positive dining experience by acknowledging special requests or dietary restrictions
• Take food and beverage orders, provide menu recommendations, and upsell daily specials
• Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly by adhering to all service guidelines and verifying age requirements
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
• Process guest checks and settle payments accurately, including cash transactions
• Complete all station set-up, breakdown, and cleaning duties
• Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and alcohol control policies to protect guests and patrons

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age
• 1-2 years of experience as a server in a high-volume environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to stand, walk, and travel up and down stairs for extended periods
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20lbs
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
