Catering Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Define market sales strategy and develop tactical plans to achieve quarterly sales targets
• Drive catering sales performance via daily prospecting, phone calls, canvassing, and on-site tastings
• Develop and grow relationships with key accounts to maximize sales potential
• Partner with Catering Leads and Chef Operators to execute local growth tactics
• Re-engage lapsed customers to drive future catering sales
• Provide regular sales updates to the operations team
• Participate in local events, activations, and networking opportunities

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales experience required
• Proven track record of reaching or exceeding sales goals
• Strong cold calling and sales presentation skills
• Experience selling to B2B channels (corporate, medical, athletics, etc.)
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
• Ability to travel regionally for client meetings and events
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Hospitality Management
• Sales experience in a catering or restaurant environment
• Proficiency in Spanish
