About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day catering operations and ensure seamless service delivery
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all catering events from preparation to execution
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to exceed expectations
- Lead, supervise, coach, and motivate the catering operations team
- Monitor labor costs, operating expenses, and event profitability
- Prepare staff schedules, operational reports, and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Culinary, and Procurement departments
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in catering operations with supervisory or management experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale catering events and corporate functions
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration preferred
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and catering/event management software
- Knowledge of food safety, HACCP, and hygiene regulations
