Catering Assistant

Responsibilities

• Ensure all setup is accurate and completed in a timely manner for scheduled events
• Coordinate setup needs with other departments
• Load and unload food, tableware, and catering supplies onto and off catering vehicles
• Communicate and work effectively with clients regarding catering requests
• Answer guests' catering-related questions during events and address complaints
• Label, date, and rotate all food products in catering pantry

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Active Driver's license in good standing
• One year of related catering experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
