Category Supplier Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead site supplier performance and manage key supplier relationships
• Own the procurement process for designated areas and accounts
• Negotiate with suppliers to meet business needs and drive cost reduction
• Support capital budgeting, cash flow management, and global procurement strategies
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvement programs
• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant for procurement processes and supplier issues
• Support site audits and manage multiple large-scale sourcing events concurrently

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, quantity surveying, and estimating
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations to senior leaders

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher
• PMP certification or equivalent
