Category Strategist, FMCG, Mom, Baby and Health

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category growth strategies for the Mom, Baby, and Health sectors.
• Conduct market analysis, performance tracking, and growth forecasting to support business planning.
• Analyze business performance trends and derive actionable insights through seller-level and category-level deep dives.
• Translate complex datasets into clear recommendations and business narratives for stakeholders.
• Partner with internal teams to support commercial initiatives and ecosystem expansion.
• Support content-driven commerce strategies across affiliate, LIVE, and short-form video ecosystems.
• Identify opportunities to improve creator participation and monitor emerging market trends.

Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience working with large e-commerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of the e-commerce industry, including consumer demand, influencers, and social media.
• Strong knowledge of digital trends, specifically live-streaming and content-led commerce.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and logical thinking skills.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and an affinity for numbers.

• Highly motivated, results-oriented professional with commercial experience.
• Proven ability to be an adaptable and fast learner in a rapidly changing environment.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
