Category & Store Solutions Consulting Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage the implementation of new processes, tools, and solutions, including UAT performance management with clients.
• Develop and publish GTM enhancement overviews, product training content, and release updates for new feature launches.
• Lead release share-outs and solution demonstrations to internal and external stakeholders to provide technical guidance.
• Conduct user research, gather and synthesize requirements, and manage the product backlog.
• Support Product Managers in capturing and actioning stakeholder feedback.
• Translate product usage data into actionable insights and recommendations for product growth and improvement.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Science teams to resolve challenges and deliver compelling retail solutions.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject.
• Experience in product backlog management and requirement gathering.
• Proven ability to manage UAT and implement new technical processes.
• Strong communication skills for leading demonstrations and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable product insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using customer data analytics software and solutions.
• Specific experience with assortment optimization products.
