Category Specialist - Mixers & Shower Systems

Responsibilities

• Support the development of category strategy and lifecycle management for mixers and shower systems
• Contribute to assortment development through structured analysis and recommendations
• Analyze market trends, competitors, pricing, sales performance, and profitability
• Benchmark category performance across various markets and channels
• Support the optimization of assortment structures for key clients and retail partners
• Contribute to pricing architecture and margin-related analysis
• Provide analytical input for promotional planning to support category visibility
• Monitor KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for commercial teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in category management, product management, brand management, or a similar role
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into strategic decisions
• Proficiency with Excel and experience in structured data analysis
• Strategic thinking with a focus on long-term category development
• Fluent English communication skills
