Responsibilities

• Manage Commercial KPIs including Sales, Margin, and Supply Chain
• Drive sourcing excellence and supplier development
• Ensure 100% shelf availability through proactive supply chain management
• Conduct regular market and competitor surveys
• Collaborate with Sales teams for B2B customer development
• Manage in-store merchandising and end-to-end promotions
• Ensure compliance with tendering and negotiation SOPs
• Maintain audit-ready records for tenders, negotiations, and price confirmations

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
• 26 years of relevant experience
