Responsibilities

• Manage commercial KPIs including sales, margin, and supply chain efficiency
• Drive sourcing excellence and supplier development for commodity products
• Ensure 100% shelf availability through proactive supply chain management
• Conduct regular market and competitor surveys to respond to market shifts
• Collaborate with Sales teams for B2B customer development
• Manage end-to-end promotions including pricing, stock follow-up, and post-promo analysis
• Ensure compliance with tendering and negotiation SOPs
• Maintain audit-ready records for tenders, negotiations, and price confirmations
• Devise new projects for commodity categories to drive top and bottom line growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain
• 2 to 4 years of relevant industry experience
