Category Sales Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage long-term and short-term category business plans for assigned channels and regions
• Develop promotional activity plans and track execution efficiency and investment ROI
• Formulate business solutions for specific channels based on category development guidelines
• Identify new business opportunities for distributors and optimize their P&L management

Requirements

• Associate degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in the FMCG industry
• Strong data analysis skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
