Category & Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive category growth, profitability, and portfolio optimization
• Translate customer and market insights into innovative product solutions
• Develop category plans and product roadmaps that deliver business results
• Monitor performance, identify opportunities, and turn insights into action
• Own and manage category profitability and P&L performance
• Lead projects and product launches from idea to execution
• Act as the voice of the customer and the product expert within the organization

Requirements

• Experience within category management, product management, project management, or a similar role
• Strong commercial mindset and passion for creating customer value
• Analytical and strategic approach combined with execution power
• Ability to inspire, influence, and collaborate across functions
