About the role
Responsibilities
- Deploy the "Perfect POS" initiative to drive top-line sales and bottom-line margin through best-in-class in-store display solutions
- Define and develop in-store standards for primary shelf and secondary placement in line with category and brand strategy
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of displays using harmonized design simplification principles
- Track Perfect Store KPIs and identify distribution opportunities through detailed analysis and action plans
- Manage all activities in line with agreed budgets and maintain project documentation for clear status reporting
- Provide analytical support for fast-track revisions and monitor results alongside Category Planning and activation teams
Requirements
- Experience in key accounts and distribution
- Strong customer and category knowledge
- Proven project management experience in a supply chain or commercial context
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and find innovative solutions
- Excellent teamwork and a results-driven mindset
