Category Officer - Onboard products

Responsibilities

• Support Category Managers through the full sourcing execution lifecycle, including requirements definition, RFI/RFP, and award processes
• Manage tactical and low-value procurement via self-service channels, P-Cards, and managed catalogues
• Deliver end-to-end procurement operations and administration, ensuring alignment with company policies and governance
• Execute efficient and timely conversion of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO)
• Perform post-contract administration, including contract consumption tracking and supplier performance reporting
• Liaise with Accounts Payable to resolve any related payment issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement Operations and Sourcing
• Strong understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes
• Pro-active mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aviation or Indirect procurement categories
• Familiarity with SAP and Ariba tools
