Category Merchandiser – Retail

Responsibilities

• Translate seasonal merchandising strategies into retail assortments aligned with business priorities and store formats
• Build product assortments with appropriate breadth and depth to ensure a strong in-store consumer experience
• Monitor and analyze key Retail KPIs, including sales, margin, inventory, sell-through, and stock rotation
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Retail, Sales, Planning) to ensure alignment with the master calendar and product launches
• Develop and formalize Retail merchandising tools, methodologies, and assortment planning guidelines
• Collaborate with commercial teams and regional markets to reflect local needs in retail assortments

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in Retail Merchandising, Assortment Planning, or Category Merchandising
• Strong understanding of DTC retail environments and store operations
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze complex product and retail performance data
• Fluent English; proficiency in French is a plus
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence stakeholders in a cross-functional environment
