About the Company

ShopSe Digital Finance is a fintech company transforming consumer financing at the point of sale. They specialize in instant, paperless, and cardless EMI products, empowering businesses and customers with affordable financial solutions powered by cutting-edge technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end Category P&L, including revenue, growth, and profitability
• Define category strategy, GTM approach, and execution roadmaps
• Drive client acquisition and key account growth through direct engagement
• Build scalable processes and operational funnels from scratch
• Hire, mentor, and manage a high-performing team
• Collaborate with product, operations, and leadership to drive business outcomes

Requirements

• 10–12 years of B2B experience in high-growth startups or new-age companies
• Experience in both Enterprise and SMB segments
• Proven track record in Supply Chain Financing, Payments, or SMB lending
• MBA or Undergraduate degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute
• Strong business acumen and analytical problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage teams while remaining an individual contributor when necessary

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in 0→1 or 1→10 scaling journeys
• Prior ownership of a specific revenue line or category
• Strong ability to close deals and unblock growth in ambiguous environments
