About the role
Responsibilities
- Create development and sales plans for product groups across the entire Polish network
- Develop new sourcing channels
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure the best market offers
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the assigned product group
- Build relationships and collaborate with suppliers, stores, and other internal departments
- Participate in planning nationwide commercial promotions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Category Manager or Buyer in the retail industry
- Highly developed strategic thinking, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to make bold business decisions
- Strong analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of market trends
- Minimum B2 English proficiency
- Higher education degree
- Category B driver's license
- Experience working in an international environment or on international projects
