Category Manager Indirect Procurement (Professional & Business Services)

Responsibilities

• Translate global Professional & Business Services (PBS) category strategy into actionable execution plans for the Americas.
• Drive measurable value through savings, cost avoidance, and efficiency improvements.
• Build and manage a robust savings pipeline using demand management and specification optimization.
• Lead strategic supplier management, including segmentation, performance governance, and MSP oversight.
• Drive commercial excellence by leading complex sourcing negotiations and managing contracting frameworks such as rate cards and SoWs.
• Act as a strategic business partner to influence stakeholders and align procurement with business priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of experience in Indirect Procurement or Category Management, preferably within Professional Services.
• Proven track record in supplier negotiations and delivering commercial value.
• Experience managing professional services suppliers and SoW-based procurement.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders within a global, matrixed organization.
• Strong understanding of external workforce models and data-driven decision making.
