Category Manager Indar

Responsibilities

• Conduct effective negotiations with suppliers to meet the commercial needs of Indar
• Optimize the product portfolio to ensure it is appropriate for the specific segment
• Manage inventory rotation through differentiated strategies by segment
• Improve customer service levels by working with supply teams to reduce stock-outs
• Increase supplier payment terms to improve business cash flow
• Ensure compliance with the portfolio innovation calendar
• Focus on cost efficiency and commercial conditions to drive business profitability

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, Business, Commercial Relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of negotiation experience within retail formats
• Proven experience in sales, profitability, and category development
• Strong focus on obtaining commercial income and driving business growth
