Category Manager - Gastro

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement category strategies for the gastro and Fresh Corner segments
• Manage product portfolios, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
• Negotiate commercial terms and build long-term relationships with suppliers
• Collaborate on the development of new products and private labels
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities
• Evaluate category performance using data to establish actionable plans
• Work closely with marketing, space planning, and the Group Gastro team
• Contribute to the design of gastro equipment and customer concepts at service stations

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail, FMCG, or the gastro segment
• Proven experience in category management and driving sales growth
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Fluency in English for daily communication in an international environment
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in Economics or Business)
