Category Manager, Food & Beverage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement food, bakery, and beverage assortments and concepts
• Ensure high quality and consistency in products produced in-store
• Manage and optimize self-service beverage concepts
• Lead independent negotiations with suppliers, including sourcing and contract management
• Support and train stores and Store Managers
• Use visual, operational, and data-driven methods to improve customer experience
• Ensure category standards and self-control comply with legislation and quality requirements

Requirements

• Experience from convenience, retail, or foodservice industries
• Proven experience driving a category independently
• Success in assortment strategy and concept development
• Ability to translate data and insights into concrete solutions
• Relevant higher education in commerce, economics, procurement, supply chain, or marketing
• Strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
