Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Ports & Stevedoring category strategy aligned with business objectives
• Lead sourcing projects, commercial negotiations, and contract management
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders as a trusted procurement partner
• Identify and mitigate commercial and supply risks to ensure business continuity
• Collaborate with senior leaders across the international organization to support strategic decision-making
• Drive sustainability, standardization, digitalization, and procurement best practices

Requirements

• Proven track record of influencing and challenging senior stakeholders in complex environments
• Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
• High-value negotiation and commercial leadership capabilities
• Ability to drive initiatives forward within organizational complexity
• Experience working in cross-functional, international environments
• Fluency in English
