Category Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies for substrate, EMS, semiconductor chips, and chemical materials to achieve cost savings and supply chain efficiency.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier assessments, and benchmarking to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFx, negotiations, contract management, and supplier onboarding.
• Manage supplier performance through regular reviews, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development and operational requirements.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively adapt category strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of supply chain dynamics and global market trends for power modules.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, or Coupa.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
