Responsibilities

• Own construction, engineering, and professional services contract management within the Design, Engineering & Construction org
• Partner with Contracts leadership and business leaders on complex operations and spend initiatives
• Build contract templates and clause libraries, and own the contract review process end to end
• Deliver on budget planning and financial commitment monitoring
• Act as the liaison between Project Controls, Construction Managers, and general contractors to enforce contracts in the field
• Optimize the quote-to-signature process and share best practices across functional programs

Requirements

• Experience in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, or supply chain operations
• Ability to structure complex, multi-stakeholder deals while maintaining compliance
• Experience building playbooks and clause libraries
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and e-signing tools like Adobe Sign
• Strong communication skills for presenting to legal, finance, and construction stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with construction or data center projects
• Experience with GMP contract delivery
• Proficiency with SAP, SRM, or BW reporting
• Experience in contracts playbook development
